Research Activities
Bahlo Lab works on bioinformatic analysis of high throughput sequencing data of human and non-human organisms, making use of familial and population level information. The emphasis is on statistical techniques that exploit high throughput data. We are interested in selection signatures and building classifiers in Malaria studies.Techniques/Expertise
