Cellular techniques: In vitro differentiation of macrophages and dendritic cells from bone marrow cells, Colony assay, Lentiviral particles production, Cellular transduction and transfection, In vitro activation of T Lymphocytes, In vivo CTL assay, ELISA, ELISpot, Extra and Intra-cellular staining, Flow cytometry (BD Canto, BD LSRII, BD Fortessa, BD Symphony and Cytek Aurora)

Imaging: Preparation of frozen organ sections (Cryostat) and fresh organ sections (Vibratome), Labelling and acquisition on a confocal microscope (Zeiss LSM), Organs clearing and imaging by 2-photon microscopy (Olympus).

Molecular/Biochemistry: Cloning, Western blot, DNA and RNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, Plaque assay, Colony assay.

Mouse model
Viral model: Murine cytomegalovirus
Bacterial model: Listeria monocytogenes
Parasitic model: Plasmodium berghei ANKA. Blood and liver stage.
