Research Activities

Currently, I am a 4th year PhD student finishing up experiments and working on my thesis. I am currently investigating the nature of ligands and identifying PRRs that activate the ASC inflammasome in gastric cancer. I'm using in vivo models, metagenomics, and CRISPR experiments to help me to this end.

Techniques/Expertise

I have experience in in vivo models,  proteomics, genomics, as well as basic microbiology skills.

Disease Models
